This is simply breathtaking. I love the textures and the slant of the whole thing. The balance between the in-focus textures on the left and the portrait on the right is very pleasing.
I really like that the eye (the one that we can see, which is also very mysterious) is out of focus and blurry. It adds a lot of feeling to the image.
The only thing I would like to see changed is the focus on the nose. I feel like it is a bit too sharp, and tends to draw my eye away from the stronger parts of the picture.
Also, I like the greenish, blueish tint along the bottom and the yellow tint to your skin. It makes the picture look like a vintage picture you found in an attic.
All in all, this is a wonderful picture with a lot of emotion that keeps the viewer's eye moving across it.
Well Mey, this is just...terriffic! I really like the window in front, I'm sat here trying to figure out how it was done, did you open your window and put the camera outside or did you take a picture of your window and overlay it? The tones in this are amazing, I like the fact it's not overly cold and has warm tones in there. I also like your expression, and the darkness of your eyes. My only critique would be maybe one of the light flashes (there are two) should be a bit less bright, I'm talking about the right one. If i'm not making sense, sorry But I know that can't be helped because if you darkened it, it would look weird.
Overall, this is an amazing piece of artwork from a talented lady! Well done
Amazing. This lifts me up from this chair I'm sitting on and takes me there, where the picture was taken. I can't really see Your face but I feel it, I feel You as if I were there down the pouring rain. It's such an emotive and visual travel... I am speechless.
